Memoranda of Understanding (MOU)
FSIS routinely collaborates with other Federal agencies, States, tribal authorities, stakeholders, and the public to ensure the safety of meat, poultry, and processed egg products along the farm-to-table continuum. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) documents the procedures and responsibilities under a collaborative effort.
